This work was aimed at studying atomic mechanisms of structural phase transitions in selenates RbHSeO4 and NH4HSeO4. A peculiar feature of these crystals is the presence of hydrogen bonds linking [SeO4] tetrahedra. The phase transitions in these crystals occur due to changes in the geometry of hydrogen bonds. |
