Abstrakt: Phase diagrams, ferroelectric, antiferroelectric and paraelectric phase transitions in the Lead-Lithium-Lanthanum Zirconate-Titanate (PLLZT) solid solution system have been studied by measurements of dielectric permittivity as function of temperature. Field-induced phase transitions and coexistence of phases are found to depend on the amount of Ti.
