| Abstrakt: | The heat conductivity temperature dependence of layered monocrystals CsR(MoO4)2 (R = Gd, Nd) in basal plane is described in term of heat transport by flexural waves. The approximation of heat conductivity experimental data of non-layered GaP monocrystal is presented to comparison. |
