Abstrakt:	Dinucleoside phenylphosphonates have been synthesized in excellent yields using 6-Nitrobenzotriazol-1-yloxytris(dimethylamino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate (NBOP) as a coupling reagent. A general method for the resolution of two diastereomers of phenylphosphonate dimers has been developed.
