| Abstrakt: | Simple ortho-alkylated anilines have been shown to be excellent iminium catalysts for the epoxidation reaction of α-substituted acroleins. A range of different α-substituted acroleins give the epoxide products in good to excellent yields and good chemoselectivity. |
