Phase diagrams of the system of solid solutions Pb1-x(Li1/2La1/2)x(Zr1-yTy)O3 in the vicinity of FE-AFE phase stability boundary 3. Effects caused by the coexistence of FE and AFE phases

Abstrakt: Results of the study of phase transitions in the system of solid solutions Pb1-x(Li½La½)x(Zr1-yTiy)O3 are presented. It is shown that the coexistence of ferroelectric and antiferroelectric phases leads to some peculiarities of the physical properties. The diffuseness of the paraelectric phase transitions is increased for solid solutions in which these phases coexist, peculiarities of T-E phase diagrams take place near the ferro-antiferro-paraelectric triple point, and the dependence of the dielectric constant on electric field are different from those for traditional ferroelectrics.
