Internal friction mechanism near the ferroelastic phase transition in YBa2Cu3O7-6

Abstrakt: It is shown that at infralow frequencies near the ferroelastic phase transition point of YBa2Cu3O7-6 ceramics fluctuation mechanism responsible for the internal friction takes place and that tetragonal-orthorhombic phase transition is the first-order one.
