| Abstrakt: | The synthesis of compounds containing a novel tetracyclic condensed quinoline system, pyrimido[41,51-4,5]selenolo[2,3-b]quinoline, by successive building up of selenophene and pyrimidine rings on quinoline, employing 3-cyanoquinolin-2(1 H)-selenones as key intermediates is reported. |
