| Abstrakt: | 2′-<it>O</it>-Methyl-Oligoribonucleotides incorporating a 3-deazaguanine (3DG) were synthesized. Melting temperature (Tm value) analysis indicates the stability and base discriminating ability of the 2′-<it>O</it>-methl-RNA/RNA duplex. |
