The article examines how to measure the value of the Clinical Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) credential in the U.S. It discusses the skills and background of a CDIP, as well as the importance of credentials. It outlines the benefits of the CDIP credential so that health organizations and providers can be assured that their CDIPs are ensuring clinical information supports clinical care, practice guidelines and treatment. |
