Abstrakt:	The article discusses the design and construction of a high-performance display case used for exhibitions at the Heiseika Gallery in the Tokyo National Museum in Tokyo, Japan. It describes how the case was developed in response to the January 1995 earthquake as greater emphasis was placed on the need for a seismic isolater. The article goes on to cover how the case addresses issues such as obtaining stable relative humidity and preventing dust or other air pollution.
