Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the role of occupational therapists as knowledge brokers in the knowledge translation (KT) in Canadian primary care. . It mentions the Actionable Nuggets™, developed by doctor Mary Ann McColl with an interprofessional team of clinicians and researchers as an innovative approach to KT to increase awareness on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) in primary care. It discusses barriers to KT in primary care that include distinct cultural practice settings.
