The article describes the case of a seven-year-old mongrel dog presenting with extensive ventral neck swelling. Radiological examination showed swelling of soft tissue, premedication of the dog with Diazepam, Atropine sulphate and Xylazine anesthesia. The article discusses canine histiocytoma, elliptical skin incision to excise the mass growth in the ventral neck area and post operative treatment with Meloxicam and Amoxycillin. |
