This section offers news briefs on operations that U.S. military engineers support around the world as of September 2014. The Engineering Civic Action Program portion of Exercise Khaan Quest 2014 will have Mongolian, Republic of India and U.S. forces as participants. Training on using bomb-disposal robots was conducted at Forward Operating Base Apache in Afghanistan. Flight line repairs to the main runway at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan were conducted by airmen from the U.S. Air Force. |
