The authors discuss the lower targets for treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). They mention intervention trials, benefits, and negative effects of the treatment. They conclude that there is insufficient interventional data to support lower GDM treatment targets although relationship between the risk of macrosomia and levels of maternal blood glucose continuous. |
