The article focuses on a program developed by the national non-governmental organization (NGO) InsPIRE Network to minimize biodiversity degradation in the Himalayan region of India, using Rhododendron arboreum as a case study. It mentions that the unsustainable development activities by human societies are one of the major reasons of ecosystem degradation. It also mentions a juice recipe prepared from the flowers of Rhododendron arboreum. |
