The article discusses the vital role of law enforcement officials in the success and failure on the war against drugs in Asia. It states that law enforcement individuals can also be the cause of failure on drug war and prime obstacle in the implementation of HIV treatment and prevention interventions. Moreover, the effectual efforts of the Australian and Malaysian law enforcement officials in diverting people away from drugs are also mentioned. |
