Abstrakt: The article presents the views of several wine experts all across the world that explore their memories of how they improved their method of tasting wine. Master of Wine (MW) Lisa Granik says that sometimes wines do not liveup to her expectations whereas MW Larry Stone reveals a childhood incident when he and his family members were tasting sauces and her mother added onion and salt to balance the acidic nature of sauces. Sommelier Marnie Old shares an experience of tasting French Burgundy.
