Abstrakt: The article presents a study focusing on proteomic analysis of Physcomitrella patens moss treated with 12-oxo-phytodienoic acid which is a vital oxylipin molecule in plants. The findings of the study include the inducement of 12-Oxo-phytodienoic acid (OPDA) by bacterial infection and mechanical stress, the change in expression of 82 proteins, and the involvement of proteins in photosynthesis, metabolism, and protein synthesis.
