The article focuses on the four C's of strategic planning method which include contingencies, continue planning, communicate and Communicate in ophthalmology management. Topics include the importance of financial assessments to guarantee the projects' practicality, designating tasks and assignments among staff to relay information to partners, and looking at the advantages and disadvantages of a program or project. Also discussed is the COAST model which include Commit, Objectives and Analysis. |
