Abstrakt: India's practice of forging and controlling Arunāchal Pradesh shows that India takes mutually complementary and cooperative strategy from three multiple perspectives in dealing boundary dispute with China. Militarily, India takes the offensive to counter the defensive and encroaches on Chinese territory actively. Administratively, Indian government keeps on strengthening control and development. Diplomatically, India shifts from refusing negotiation to not only negotiating with China but also strengthening control over Arunächal Pradesh. In order to take the initiative in this issue, China should also prepare for military struggle and legal battle, at the same time of insisting on the basic position of solving Sino-Indian border issue by peaceful negotiation.
