| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the method of constitutional mapping involving description of the institutions that share state power and identification of the sources of their authority. Topics discussed include the two general constitutional principles identified by A. V. Dicey such as the sovereignty of Parliament and the rule of law, the New Zealand Constitution and the enactment of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act. It also informs about the U.S Constitution. |
