PROLIFERATIVE ISCHEMIC RETINOPATHY AFTER ARTERIOVENOUS MALFORMATION EMBOLIZATION IN A CHILD WITH HEREDITARY HEMORRHAGIC TELANGIECTASIA.

Abstrakt: The article describes the case of a 7-year-old patient who complains of decreased vision in his left eye after embolization of pineal arteriovenous malformation secondary to hemorrhagic telangiectasia. During his visit, ophthalmic evaluation were conducted along with fundus photography, fluorescein angiography and spectral domain optical coherence tomography. Extensive posterior segment ischemia, vascular tortuosity and vitreous hemorrhage were revealed after fundus examination.
