Abstrakt:	The article discusses the Finnish Army's deployment of its next-generation command, control and communications (C3) networking infrastructure. Topics discussed include the launch of Internet Protocol (IP)-based packet switched network, bandwidth and security benefits of shifting to fully digital packet switching, and mobile ad hoc network (MANET) implementation through a software-defined radio (SDR) networking infrastructure.
