| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a feasibility study which examines the use of gas-to-liquid (GTL) floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) as a solution for offshore stranded-gas fields. Topics discussed include a background of GTL-production technology, key design considerations in FPSO application, and a topside design concept. Findings reveal that the GTL-FPSO is technically feasible and its internal rate of return (IRR) is within the economically competitive range. |
