the article focuses on a case of traumatic brain injury with a carotid canal penetrating wound in a male victim of aggression with a screwdriver in his ear canal. The patient was comatose and had a subdural hematoma. Hematoma evacuation and subsequent intracranial and cervical ICA temporary clipping were performed. |
