The article offers information about analysis of the White Paper regarding problems of the U.S. laws and policy on international antiquities trade. Topics discussed include role of the grey literature in helping the U.S. Congress in dealing with the interests of museums, reforms made in the U.S. laws and policies for regulating the trade and role of this policy in managing the U.S. cultural life with commerce. It also discusses role of the U.S. Department of Justice in law enforcement. |
