Abstrakt: Dental extractions that precede the future installation of integrated bone implants should be performed atraumatically. This ensures that the supporting structures and alveolar architecture is preserved in order to restore dental function and aesthetics. Autografts, as well as biomaterials and soft tissue grafts, can help to preserve these structures. This report presented a clinical case of the preservation of the alveoli with the use of biomaterials and soft tissue, thus maintaining the bone thickness required for the installation of the implant with appropriate peri-implant tissue. Excellent functional and aesthetic results were obtained for the patient. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
