Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the significance of mentoring for an effective teaching and classroom management. It states that mentoring is beneficial to young teachers in terms of boosting confidence, professional development, and proper attire. Focus is also given to the Emerging Leaders Fellowship program of the Conference on English Leadership (CEL), which aims to build leadership capacity, access to information, and facilitate educational changes. |
