Abstrakt:	Information about the first meeting of International Internet Governance Forum (IGF) on the theme "Dialogues on Internet Governance" held in Mexico City from November 4-5, 2013 is presented. Topics include intellectual property rights, cultural diversity, network security, and digital inclusion. The meeting featured several Mexican government officials including Silvia Alanis and Manuel Haces.
