Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the result of Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) for Great Britain as revealed in its 2013 report. It describes the features that contributed to the performance of Finland in comparison with that of Great Britain which includes accountability, sustainability and culture. Particular focus is also given to the effect of PISA ranking of a country to the educational reform that can be done by its government. |
