The article focuses on the importance of the Mechanics Lien Act for the contractors and subcontractors in providing lien on property. Topics discussed include improvement in procuring payment for their work of construction, eligibility requirements for filing the claims for property lien and importance of the brief account of the contract in the filed claims. It further discusses the importance of the act in providing adequate information of the real estate. |
