Abstrakt: The article discusses the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic factors within job motivation and satisfaction in Lebanon. Mentioned is the use of expectancy theory and socio-economic theory. Cited is the case of a Lebanese firm which determines the role of job security in employee satisfaction and motivation.
