| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which examines SYBR Green I real-time (RT) quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique's development and application for avian metapneumovirus subgroup B strain. The study determined the sensitivity, reproducibility and specificity of the SYBR Green I fluorescence quantitative PCR standard curve established by recombinant plasmid. Results show that the standard curve provides a good linear relationship between templat concentration and threshold cycle. |
