| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which focuses on the inhibition of the post-epileptic synaptic reconstruction by the neuropeptide Y gene transfection. The study uses the injection of neuropeptide Y gene into the lateral ventricle of rats. Results show that abnormal synaptophysin expression is inhibited by the recombinant adeno-associated virus expression vector which carries the neuropeptide Y gene. |
