The article presents a case study which examines the occurence of abnormal head duplication in the fetus of an Osmanabadi goat. Epidural anesthesia with lignocaine hydrochloride has been applied to conduct the manual delivery of the dicephalous monster fetus. It adds that incidence of head duplication that is common in cattle was possibly caused by the altered uterine environment. |
