| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which examines the semen collected from Emu (Dromaius novaehollandiae) during humid tropical climate. The study is investigated by automatic pipette, neubauer's heamocytometer, and non-teaser method with artificial cloaca. Results show that the semen volume, motility, and live sperms values were higher in the middle of the breeding season. |
