| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a study which investigated the apoptosis process in rat esophageal epithelium using enzyme-immunohistochemistry and transmission electron microscopy. Study results showed expression of Fas and Fas-L in the epithelial cell membrane and cytoplasm, and the presence of caspase-10, cleaved caspase-3 and DNase-1 in the epithelial cytoplasm. |
