The article reports on the regulation of price reduction, justification of its use as a remedy in commercial transactions and provision of a guarantee on the sale of consumer goods in the European Union. It notes the acknowledgement of remedies in the European Union and international legislations, the developments related to contract law and differences of legal literature on the outcome of price reductions. |
