The article discusses the development of a growth plan for Seattle Repertory Theatre, and presents insights for nonprofits in addressing business concerns. Business and technology consulting company West Monroe Partners helped in the adoption of an Initiative Scorecard for theater leaders to quarterly rate and monitor their levels of satisfaction in relation to achieving their goals. The second phase examined how audience members were attracted and retained by the theater. |
