To have a successful company, an organization must have superior employees. Traits of great employees include not only high production levels, but also low absenteeism and turnover, as well as the desire to help an organization achieve its goals. There are three factors that play a direct role in shaping this type of employee. Increasing employees' levels of job satisfaction, commitment, and loyalty are all important in assuring a healthy organization. Increasing overall loyalty among employees can be done when the employer adheres to principals and procedures that increase employees' sense of job satisfaction and commitment.
