The article offers the author's insight on the agenda to be discussed at the parliamentary session of the Canadian government through the Throne Speech. She states that the speech manifests the government's action of less prioritizing the issues in the First Nations. She says that Canada Prime Minister Stephen Harper emphasizes more to the charges of cell phone bills and cable television choices rather than dealing with the issues and welfare of the First Nations. |
