The article offers information on the Cactus and Succulent Society of America (CSSA) Tour 2012 of vegetative zone of northwest Argentina. An overview of elevation map is presented which indicates the 96 plant stops made during the CSSA trip. It discusses the several vegetative region of Argentina including Amazonian Domain, Chacoan Domain and Andean-Patagonian Domain. It states the brief survey of the plants such as Epiphytic cacti, Opuntioids and Gymnocalycium. |
