Abstrakt: The article offers information on the fundamentals of Article III standing of the U.S. constitution in context to the Lujan v. Defenders of Wildlife and Massachusetts v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It discusses the procedural rights of Massachusetts and Lujan. It concludes that Massachusetts modification to the Lujan procedural rights definition had not gained significant traction in federal courts leading to relaxation of causation and redressability requirements.
