| Abstrakt: |
The article investigates the effectiveness of two in-service training programs at urban social service agency. It focuses on the perceptions of thirty three of the agency's program directors and supervisors concerning the same two in-service training programs. The findings indicate that training programs offered administrative benefits for the program directors and supervisors and perceived informal learning benefits for their staff. |
