An article containing a list of ten recommendations for European military planners is offered. The author provides information on the methodologies used by military forces in their interactions with the European military equipment industry, the need for supranational military planning, and the relationship between European military forces and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. A diagram of the organizational structure of the European armed forces is provided, and the response of the European military to crisis is analyzed. INSET: Die „Zehn Gebote“. |
