Abstrakt:	The article offers information on the application of the sections 363(f) and 365(h) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code for the treatment of property leases in relevance to decision of the Seventh Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals in Precision Industries, Inc. v. Qualitech Steel SBQ, LLC. It informs that section 365(h) protects the rights of the lessee and section 363(f) analyzes whether trustee can sell his property free from an easement, license, or other agreements.
