Abstrakt:	An interview with animal advocate Nathan J. Winograd is presented. When asked about the number of No Kill communities where healthy cats and dogs are saved, he replies that there are 160 communities in the U.S. Winograd comments on the killing of animals living in poor shelters. Winograd states that death is not the solution to avoid temporary overcrowding of No Kill shelters.
