The article reports on aggregated market statistics which were calculated and released by the "Nutrition Business Journal" in 2013 and revealed that the total sales of herbal and botanical dietary supplements in the U.S. increased by 5.5% in 2012. Information on supplement sales in various U.S. channels, including the mass market channel, the natural and health food channel and the direct sales channels, is offered. The 40 top selling herbal supplements in the U.S. in 2012 are discussed. |
