Abstrakt: | The article profiles King Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia, who is identified by the Guinness World Records as the modern royal who has been king twice, president once and leader of various governments in exile among other titles. Sihanouk was described by former U.S. ambassador to Cambodia, John Gunther Dean, as someone who was aware that his country's salvation depended on neutrality and is a leader that always protected the strategic interests of Cambodia. |
